The CPSC eFiling system becomes mandatory on July 8, 2026. Starting from this date, all consumer products regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission must submit compliance certificate data through CBP ACE system at import customs clearance. Paper certificates will no longer be accepted.
This policy change directly impacts Chinese cross-border e-commerce sellers. Exporters must ensure their customs brokers are equipped to handle ACE eFiling before the deadline.
